Yes, absolutely! Most small house lifts from Nibav are made with a self-supporting and modular design that can fit the needs of your home, requiring as little as 1000mm of space. You usually will not require major structural work—no need to make extensive changes to your home’s layout by rebuilding staircases or changing the rooms’ footprint. Small house lifts are ideally suited to existing homes with mobility needs.

This will depend on the specific lift model, but many of our small house lifts have a surprisingly small footprint compared to what many people may imagine. For example, certain series of lifts only may require a clear space footprint of 1000mm while other just 1430mm while still being wheelchair-friendly. The main measurements will be ceiling height, door height, and sufficient additional clearance for safe entry and exit.
